Great pub. Great location. Riverside beer garden and outdoor eating areas for the summer. Indoors is traditional, clean and contemporary. Food smelt very nice, but the price was too high for me to partake, so settled for a pint and a bag (half full) of crisps. Prices are a little high for my liking. £7.40 for a pint and half empty bag of crisps is not sustainable, so left after 2.
Great location and lovely walks along the river into town. Nice place to spend the day.

The Black Rabbit is a beautiful pub about one and a half miles out from the centre of Arundel. This pub presents itself proudly, with pretty decor, a handsome extension for the restaurant area, and plenty of riverside outdoor seating.
Considering the area, drinks and food aren't badly priced. The food certainly lives up to the mark! Myself and my partner had a lovely roast, which was brimming with flavour and well balanced. The Yorkshire Pudding was huge! Both sets of toilets were very clean, boasting neat decoration and charming fixtures. Staff were sweet, and could be seen conversing and laughing with patrons. We will be back!
There are two routes to this pub. If you're on foot, I'd recommend the riverside walk, although this may not be accessible to all. The other route is doable on foot, but lacks pavement for a significant part of the walk. Pub has ample parking if you drive in.
A nice, classic pub, ideally situated if you're walking around the Arundel wetlands - about the halfway point. There's picknick tables outside with a brilliant nature view, while the pub's inside looked pretty fancy.
An excellent spot for hikers (and their dogs) to enjoy a well-deserved drink.
One word of warning for parents: I did not see any playground stuff, and there is a (very quiet, but public) road between the pub and the outside seating.
